"Hi I last year I bought a Kia soul. 2016. I spent my last on it. 60k miles. I'm 29 2 weeks later engine went out. It took 4 months and two dealerships later to replace my engine. I literally cried in the dealership because they were so mean and had a million comments of why the might not be able to change my engine. They changed my engine got my car back with a mouse infestation but I was grateful. I didn't buy the book but I just said everything you said in your videos. My enigne went out again. I've made appointment. Of course it's 3 weeks out but im genuinely scared. I've searched your videos. Is there any videos on getting a second engine replacement? Or any info on this in the book?"
